File a Declaration of Access (Form 501)

Pay a fee

Must pay: application fee, publication and printing fee

If necessary: application surcharge, priority claim fee, grace fee

Submit the translation of the original application document and the accompanying drawings, and submit the translation of the modified document if necessary
